Answer: Yes, it displays temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. -

What is the length of the temperature sensor probe?
Answer: The temperature sensor probe is 1 meter long. -

Answer: Yes, it supports over-limit alarm and sensor error alert. -
Question:
One it reaches the set temperature and the system opens, does it close and reopen automatically everyone the temperature is in range?
Answer: If a heat source is connected to the HEAT terminals and the sensor used to control the area surrounding the heater, it will switch off when the set temperature is reached. As the area cools, it will switch the heater on again. This cycle will continue until the controller is turned off. It does not actively cool unless some form of cooling is connected to the COOL terminals. Control is about +/- one degree centigrade. -

Hi - does this resume after a power cut - or does it lose its settings?
Answer: Our STC-1000 Multi-Function Digital Thermostat saves the settings made before the power cut and will not be lost. -

Could I use this with a device that says '220-240v'?
Answer: Yes. The input is compatible with 220-240V. -

Can you have more than one presets?
Answer: No, just one preset. But you can change the delta - the temperature above and below the preset at which the heating or cooling circuit cuts in. So you could set the preset to 37°C and have the delta at 0.5°C or 1.5°C or whatever. The delta is one value, so the heater would start at 35.5°C and the cooler at 38.5°C. -
Question:
Getting error EE and unable to cancel - have tried 2 sensors. Can you help?
Answer: You have probably done it, but I would still try and check again the connections. With everything switched off, try and measure the sensor resistance with a meter on the connector screws, just to make sure the sensor wires connect well with the terminal.
