Delivery of orders depends upon the shipping option you will choose. There are multiple shipping options available as below :-
For US store -
- Ubuy Super Express 3-6 Business days
- Ubuy Express 4-8 Business days
- Ubuy Shipping - 5-9 Business days
Note : In case if any shipment at shipping company in your country is pending since a long time due to non response of you and meanwhile if the shipment returned back to origin country. Then we will only refund you the product cost.
Note : After receiving the shipment parcel(s), if you find any product as missing then you have 3 days time to inform us after shipment delivery.
Below are few pointers:
Non-prime products can take more than 15 days in delivery. We might cancel the product from the order and refund you if any issue arise with the delivery of such products.
Not Fulfilled by Ubuy product(s) are not included in above shipping options/days as such product(s) arrives from other sellers and can take minimum 15 days and maximum 2 months in delivery so as soon as seller deliver the product(s) at our warehouse, we will deliver the same at your door within your selected shipping option/days. By clicking on "Continue" above, you agree with T&C of shipping policies. ( Once the ordered product get shipped from the seller and you want us to cancel that product then shipping charges will not be refundable ).
Note : - In case, if any product from the order get cancelled due to any reason like out of stock, restrictions etc then we have the rights to process remaining products of the order.
If you would like to cancel your order for any personal reasons, in that case:
If the shipment has been created from the seller : shipping fees will not be refunded.
If the shipment has not been created from the seller : shipping fees will be refunded.
In case, If your order has been reached at Courier company then there is no way to cancelation of your order as there would be totally automatic process so they can not cancel/return any parcel.
Shipping fee will be charged on all orders. Order’s shipping charge can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails. This charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to

- Flight delays
- Customs clearance procedures
- Other unforeseen circumstances
