Answer: We never froze ours but I can't see why they couldn't be frozen. -

Answer: The date is stamped on the bottom of the portions. -

What is the sell by date please. I need them to last at least 3 months.
Answer: I'm sorry, I can't help with this. The butter was purchased for the Jubilee Celebrations last year and was used on the day. I can't remember a use by date.
