Answer: No, it's cream of tomato soup. There is no cream rice in it. -

Answer: I use 70gms of the powder (well mixed) with 900ml of cold water. Whisk whilst heating and once to the slight boil simmer for 5 minutes. -

Answer: I have no idea, but I love the soup. -

What is the sell by date?
Answer: The date on mine is 12/2021, but dried ingredients don't really go off. -

Answer: I cannot comment on diets. The package states 0.5g protein per 100 ml. -

Answer: The tub states 25 170ml servings. Therefore energy is 318kl/76.5kcal. -

What is the shelf life after opening?
Answer: Since it does not change when you open it, follow the expiry date, which is around one year from when it was packaged. -

Answer: I'm sorry, I don't have a box of cream of leek soup to check. Sorry for the inconvenience.
