Answer: Yes, it connects directly to wet central heating systems and is designed for easy integration. -

Will this work off a 10mm microbore radiator pipe?
Answer: Yes it will work on 10mm pipe, just ensure it has a good flow of hot water to it. -

How do you control a plinth heater?
Answer: The plinth heater has two control switches on the front. The top switch has 2 settings for Summer and Winter. The bottom switch has 3 settings for Low, Off, and High. The heating function of the plinth heater operates when the central heating system reaches a certain temperature. -
Question:
Would this heater work with a hot water on demand heater?
Answer: These heaters are piped into the central heating system and require an electrical connection for the fan. If your boiler/heater powers your central heating radiators, then you can fit this kitchen heater. If your boiler/heater only heats hot water and doesn't power the central heating radiators, then you cannot use this heater. -

Can this be used with a separate thermostat?
Answer: Yes, you can use a separate room thermostat. Just fit it in the power supply to the plinth heater socket. -

Can this be run with a dedicated room stat?
Answer: Yes, it can be run through a 240v basic room stat, not a programmable one. -

What are the cable length and flexi pipe length?
Answer: Sorry, I cannot answer that as it was installed by my kitchen fitters. -

Answer: The stat is normally open, but there is a summer/winter override switch incorporated in the unit. -

Can I install this in my wet room?
Answer: No, you cannot install this in a wet room as the fan is run by electricity. It may also become noisy over time. -

Does the fan on this make a noise?
Answer: Yes, the fan does make a noise, but it is less than a fan heater. It is a good and efficient piece of kit that warms a wide area.
