Digital Sound Level Meter with Programmable Alarm Value Function, 30-130dB(A) Decibel Sound Noise Meter Measurement with LCD Display, Max/Min/Hold

The Digital Sound Level Meter has garnered a mixed reception among users. It is particularly praised for its ease of use and affordability, making it an accessible choice for those needing to monitor sound levels. Many reviewers noted that the device delivers functional performance and provides satisfactory readings, which is a positive aspect for casual use or non-professional applications. However, some users expressed disappointment regarding the programmable alarm function. The expectation was for an actual alarm sound when a certain noise threshold was reached; instead, the device only activates a backlight feature, which some users found misleading. Additionally, while many found the device works adequately, concerns were raised about its accuracy, with one reviewer noting that it displayed readings even in quiet environments. Moreover, potential buyers should be aware that this sound level meter may require additional equipment, such as a professional sound pressure calibrator, to ensure accurate readings. This adds to the overall cost for users seeking precise measurements. Also, the manual recording process may be less convenient for those looking for a more automated experience. Overall, the Digital Sound Level Meter could be a good fit for budget-Conscious Consumers or those who need a basic tool for sound measurement, but may not satisfy professional users or anyone requiring high accuracy and reliable alarm features. **
