- Der durch die zunehmende Globalisierung entstehende Abbau von Wettbewerbsbarrieren führt dazu, dass in Branchen hochwertiger Produkte ein vermehrter Wandel vom Anbieter- zum Käufermarkt stattfindet. Dadurch wird die Produktentwicklung der Unternehmen stark vom Käufer beeinflusst und Unternehmen sind vermehrt mit einer hohen Variantenvielfalt an Produkten, Bauteilen und Prozessen konfrontiert. Um dieser Vielfaltsproblematik entgegenzuwirken, wurden in der Vergangenheit verschiedene Ansätze entwickelt.Durch die Baukastenmethodik beispielsweise können Unternehmen bei einer geringen Teile- und Prozessvielfalt ihre Produktvielfalt erhöhen. Aufgrund der immer stärker werdenden Produktindividualisierung werden jedoch die Standardprodukte und -bausteine an die vielfältigen Kundenwünsche angepasst. Diese kundenspezifischen Bausteine besitzen meist zusätzliche Funktionen bzw. Eigenschaften und finden in vielen Fällen keine weitere Verwendung in neuen Produkten, da eine Identifizierung dieser nur sehr schwer möglich ist.In der Praxis findet die Suche nach ähnlichen Bausteinen vor allem über die unternehmenseigenen Klassifikations- oder Nummernsysteme statt. Diese Suche ist jedoch mit einem hohen Zeitaufwand verbunden und es sind umfangreiche Kenntnisse über die Klassifikation der Bauteile sowie die bereits entwickelten Bausteine notwendig. Weitere Ansätze zur Lösungssuche, wie z. B. die Sachmerkmalleiste oder Konstruktionskataloge, bieten für eine effiziente Identifizierung ähnlicher kundenspezifischer Bausteine ebenfalls keinen Mehrwert.Um diese Ausgangssituation zu verbessern, wurde innerhalb der vorliegenden Dissertation eine Methode entwickelt, mit deren Hilfe die Suche nach ähnlichen, bereits bestehenden, kundenspezifischen Bausteinen möglich ist. Für eine effiziente Suche wurden hierzu verschiedene Suchmethoden ausgearbeitet, die es dem Anwender ermöglichen, ähnliche kundenspezifische Baukastenelemente zu identifizieren. Zur Abschätzung der Ähnlichkeit bestehender Bausteine zu dem gesuchten Baustein wurde zusätzlich eine Metrik entwickelt, welche eine rechnergestützte Ähnlichkeitsbestimmung unterstützt. Die Methode wurde in einem objektorientierten Informationsmodell umgesetzt und innerhalb eines Assistenzsystems prototypisch umgesetzt. Daha fazla göster
