Product Details
- Yaşar Kemal, the universal writer of Turkey, who started writing poetry in his youth, before stories and novels, collected his poems in the book titled These Days Spring Has Come, published by Yapı Kredi Publications. Yaşar Kemal's book titled These Days Spring Has Come to Meet Readers at the beginning of October; It consists mainly of masterful poems written in the 1940s, continuing in the 50s and 60s, and the last of which was written in 1973. In addition to the poems published for the first time in the book; There are also poems published in magazines named Kovan, Ülkü, Toprak, Küçük Magazine, Çığ, Görüşler and Vatan and Akşam newspapers. While Yaşar Kemal was preparing this first poetry book, he made changes to very few of the poems he chose. In addition, since it was one of the features that gave his special voice to his poetry, Yaşar Kemal's original writing was preserved in the book. In the poems in the book, anger and hope, rebellion and love are intertwined. Yaşar Kemal writes a poem that even the most swaggering poet can be frightened by its originality: He expresses the sadness, resistance and hope of Kemal Sadık, who wanted to work and became unemployed... The book also includes poems Ulaş and Hello, which have not been published before but were composed by Zülfü Livaneli. Show more
