Answer: The blender has 2 presets plus a pulse setting, all controlled by an illuminated dial with low, high, and pulse settings. -

How do I remove the blades?
Answer: Turn the blender jar upside down and twist the bottom off. -

Does the light around the power knob stay on the whole time? Is there a way to turn it off other than unplugging it when not in use ?
Answer: Yes, it will stay on the whole time as long as it’s plugged in. No there’s not a way to turn the light off. It’s not bright! It’s a great blender! ☺️ -

How do i clean blender
Answer: I personally hand wash it with dawn. You can also unscrew the bottom and hand wash the blades. I use a cloth or paper towel to clean the outside if it gets dirty. Always allow it to completely dry before placing lid back on or it will mold inside. -

I’ve had this blender for less than a month and the plastic cap that goes on the top / center of the lid has broken..... where can we replace?
Answer: I would contact the maker. A lot of the times when one piece brakes the maker will help you get it replaced or will show you where to buy replacement. -

I tried to make a coffee drink but when I started blending, the coffee squirted out from the top lid making a big mess. How do I seal the top lid?
Answer: It should turn to keep it sealed. If not try putting less liquid in at a time. -

Answer: I use this blender almost exclusively for blending my Daily Harvest smoothies - which consist of frozen fruits and vegetables. Works great!!
