Designed to deliver significantly higher braking force than traditional vacuum brake boosters, this hydro-boost system is capable of producing up to 1800 PSI of line pressure, resulting in stronger, more responsive braking performance. Unlike vacuum-assisted systems, the hydro-boost unit utilizes hydraulic pressure from the power steering pump to amplify braking force. With typical power steering pump output ranging from 800 to 1400 PSI, this system more than doubles braking assist, making it ideal for low-vacuum engines, performance builds, heavy vehicles, and manual-to-power brake conversions. The kit includes a 1-1/8 bore zinc master cylinder with standard 9/16 and 1/2 brake ports, providing reliable fluid volume and pressure for a wide range of brake configurations. Precision-engineered mounting dimensions allow for firewall or bracket mounting, offering flexibility for custom installations, restorations, and performance upgrades
