- Aetrex ESD Anti-Static Orthotics, available in unisex sizing. are designed to replace existing footbeds inside ESD Anti-Static footwear. This ESD style is engineered with an anti-static agent on the top cover and an EVA base with an anti-static powder and is designed to provide proper alignment and arch support. The Aetrex L4505 with metatarsal support, is designed to relieve ball of foot pain and fit both a man and a woman's foot having a medium/high arch. Additional support in the metatarsal region redistributes weight, relieving discomfort experienced around the ball of the foot. The bio-mechanical shape of the cupped heel helps to align your body, keeping you stable; cushioning keeps your foot comfortable and in place. This product has unisex sizing. Women need to order one size down from current footwear size. Care instructions: Spot clean with a mild detergent and then air dry. Do not immerse in water or any other liquid
