Answer: Inside diameter is 20mm. Dremel that I have cannot be used since it has a bigger neck diameter. I used an old Microlux miji rotary tool I have which also has 20mm. -

What are the cross-sectional dimensions of the tail? Is it 3/8" x 3/8"?
Answer: The shank is 8 mm high and 10 mm wide, so it will fit in the tool holder of the Proxxon PD 250/E. -

Will this work on a Dremel?
Answer: It is not possible to use the Dremel (plug and play)... but if you put an aluminum or copper joint, it will work.
