Cliff Keen "The Impact" Wrestling Knee Pad - Scarlet

The Cliff Keen "The Impact" Wrestling Knee Pad, available in a striking scarlet color, has rapidly gained traction among grapplers, particularly in wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) circles. Users rave about the substantial cushioning and protection these knee pads offer, making them ideal for individuals seeking to alleviate discomfort from knee injuries or impact-related pain. One reviewer noted that they have employed these knee pads for various martial arts activities about three times a week and have found them remarkably effective at negating impact. The pads do have a low profile, which ensures they don't interfere with movement or gi pants, an important Consideration for grapplers who require agility. However, the fit has been a point of contention among users. Some customers have reported that, despite being marketed as "one size fits most," the knee pads can feel overly snug, particularly for individuals of larger builds. This tightness could be a drawback for some users, creating discomfort during extended use. Complaints about sizing inConsistency have also surfaced, with one customer experiencing a looser fit in a subsequent purchase, leading to usability issues. Additionally, while most users appreciate the quality of the padding, there have been instances of stitching quality not meeting expectations. One user reported a seam coming undone after only two uses but managed to rectify the issue with minimal cost. This raises a question about the overall durability and long-term reliability of the knee pads. Overall, the Cliff Keen knee pads are well-received for their protective capabilities and comfort during use in high-stakes grappling environments. They are particularly recommended for high school and college wrestlers. However, potential buyers should be mindful of the sizing issues and take care to purchase two pads, as they are sold individually. **
