Answer: The Avaya Partner 18D does not have a headset port or headset key to press. You can still use this headset on the phone but you would have to plug into the handset port and answer calls by lifting the handset off the hookswitch (cradle) and end the call by placing the handset back onto the hookswitch (cradle). Hope this helps. -
