Everpure Replacement Under-Sink Water Filters EV985700 Editorial Review
The Everpure EV985700 EF-3000 Full Flow Drinking Water Filter System has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have had a positive experience with easy installation and great tasting water, others have encountered issues with the product. One customer reported that the plastic fittings did not seal properly with thread tape, leading to a lousy experience. Another customer noted a significant reduction in water pressure after installation, causing them to return one of the filters. One review mentioned that the water flow decreased after three months of use, despite using a 50-micron whole house filter before the Everpure system. One customer had a particularly negative experience, where the system failed mere hours after installation, causing flooding and extensive damage to their apartment and their neighbor's unit. Despite reaching out to warranty support, they have not received a response, leaving them with a massive expense and possible legal exposure. On the positive side, some customers have mentioned the ease of installation and the excellent taste of the filtered water. One customer also mentioned that the flow rates were impressive. Overall, the Everpure EV985700 EF-3000 Full Flow Drinking Water Filter System has had a mix of positive and negative experiences from customers. The product has had issues with faulty canisters/valve assemblies, reduced water flow, and the need for additional filters. These issues, along with poor customer support, should be taken into Consideration before purchasing.
