Does it work for camper / RV batteries in winter?
Answer: If the camper battery is a 12 volt battery, the charger will work as it works on either a 6 volt or 12 volt. -

For a Club Car configuration, will single unit maintain all 6 batteries or do I need 3 units for winter maintenance?
Answer: The charger cannot maintain 6 batteries for the winter and can only bring back 2 - 6 volt batteries at a time. It is recommended to put a normal charge on a weekly wall timer to maintain over a long period of time when not around. -

Answer: Yes, the charger will pick up charge on nearly dead batteries and doesn't kick off and tell to check the battery. -

Answer: Nothing will charge completely dead batteries but it can charge batteries that wouldn't take a charge from a normal trickle charger. -

Will this keep a car battery topped up?
Answer: The 1250 mA model slowly charges and maintains an automobile's battery. -

Do you disconnect the battery cables before hooking this up or can you just hook it up and plug it in?
Answer: The battery can be left connected while hooking up the charger. -

My golf cart died over the winter. I purchased this charger because my cart batteries are 8v and it was blinking red meaning it was not charging. Help?
Answer: Blinking red means not charging and when solid red, charging has started. If the batteries have dropped too low, the charger will not start. Test the batteries with a voltmeter to be sure. If they are too low, revive them with a different charge. Lower voltage has shortened their life. -
