Is the hose supposed to leak water on the side connected to the wall after the water is turned off?
Answer: It is the water that builds up in the shower head while using it. With the water on, it seals a gasket so it doesn't leak. Once the water is turned off, the pressure drops and leaks from the gasket. -

Does it have a pause/trickle setting?
Answer: No. This hand shower does not include a pause setting. -
Question:
How do you remove the sprayer plate to clean?
Answer: Press and hold the “unlock” button on the side of the sprayer head, then turn the face plate counterclockwise until it’s in the release position.
