- Decal should be cut to desired size and soaked in water for 1-2 minutes
- Apply decal on pottery surface and slide off the cardboard backing
- Smooth out the decal using a sponge to remove excess water and air bubbles
- Let the pottery air dry for a minimum of 2 hours
- Fire pottery at cone 017-018, 1285 F. (696 C.) - 1341 F. (727 C.) after drying

Question:
I bought the birds and the fish and they both came in with a yellow background? I needed a clear background. Is this the wrong product?
Answer: The yellow film on top is a protection layer for the ink, it will burn off during the firing process. -

Can it be applied to cone 05 greenware to bisque?
Answer: This is an overglaze decal. It will need to be applied to finished pottery that has been glazed and fired, and you will need to fire it to cone 018. -
Question:
Can I use it in my home oven?
Answer: No, it must be fired in a pottery kiln.
