Although this is the Pickleball version, it has the same design, material, and structure as the Tennis version. This shoe has a sturdy design that can hold up to regular wear and tear. Some customers have reported rubbing and irritation around the ankle area. However, this can be prevented by wearing mid-rise socks or adding a thin insert from another brand. The tongue of the shoe is partly sewn in and has a tab about 2/3s of the way down, which holds the tongue securely in place. Overall, this shoe is comfortable, lightweight, and provides excellent support for playing pickleball or tennis. It fits true to size and is also available in wide sizes.
