Customers can use the original buttons or new ones provided in the kit. The handles do not have the same texture as the original controller, but some customers prefer the texture on these handles as it does not get slippery or sweaty. There are no instructions included but customers can search online for installation video guides. The plastic does not rub off on the joystick. The kit is only for the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and does not work for the Nintendo Switch power a controller that takes replaceable AA batteries. The kit does not come with the middle part of the shell that holds the battery. Customers have suggested that it is easy to install and the kit comes with extra screws, making it a great product for those who want to customize their controller.
