Answer: The game is the same in either front colour and there is no difference with the mechanics of either game. -

Are the pens just normal white board pens? Played with the family once on Christmas Day and 3 our of 8 pens have fallen apart.
Answer: The same has happened to our set ... played once and 4 pens have fallen apart !! - Where can you get replacement pens? -

Answer: Scrawl could definitely work for an icebreaker activity - but some of the cards are a little risque! -

Why is the age guidance 17+? Is the game unsuitable for a 12 year old?
Answer: Unfortunately it wouldn't be suitable unless you sort through the cards in advance to remove anything that looks 'a bit much'. What we suggest, if you don't want to have to do this, is to order the 12+ version (green box) of the game which is available at John Lewis and other high street retailers. -

Can you play in multiple house holds?
Answer: Yes you can! In that case you would have to play on a PC and share your screen to the others using a video-calling app 😄 -

Can you play with 2 people?
Answer: You could, but it is more fun with 4+ as the silliness of the game (Kind of like 'Chinese Wispers' with images) is more fun the more there is. The game does recommend 4+ people. -

Is there a maximum number of players?
Answer: It says 8 because that’s how many white boards there are. However, we played it at our Christmas and New Years parties with up to 16 people, everyone just doubled up and took it in turns drawing and writing the next card. The main issue was squishing everyone into one room! -

What’s the difference between the green box and yellow box versions please?
Answer: The yellow one is definitely more fun!

The innocent doodles start out as guesses but soon turn dirty leading to lots of laughter and fun. The game can be played between 4-8 people. However, there are some downsides to the game. The dry erase markers provided with the game tend to run out of ink very quickly, making the game almost impossible to play. It is advisable to buy additional markers that work well with the game. The game is a fun-filled experience for everyone; don't let a minor buying error or packaging spoil your excited anticipation of the game.
