Answer: It does not as with pretty much every other drum case out there. You could maybe put one inside if you have a piccolo snare. -

Answer: I’m home now and just checked and it doesn’t have a shoulder strap but the hand strap is solid enough to attach a detachable shoulder strap from any piece of luggage to eliminate carrying by hand only! Hope this helps!?! Bob
