The massage and vibration feature is a great addition to this chair. It makes it very comfortable to sit in and relax. However, some customers have reported that when the massage feature is turned on, they can feel springs or something popping, which can be uncomfortable. Unfortunately, some customers have reported that the massage feature stopped working after several weeks of use. This is disappointing as it is an important feature of the chair. Overall, the Homegear Fabric Power Lift Electric Recliner Chair with Massage and Vibration is a good value for its price. It is comfortable, easy to use, and looks nice.
