- Earthquake Sound RK-C6V2 6.5 In-Ceiling Rough-In Speaker Kit Earthquake Sound's RK-C6 v2 and RK-C8 v2 offer extreme versatility for the installation of all 6.5 and 8inch ceiling speakers. Each rough-in lot is designed to expedite home audio installation during new construction with guaranteed customer satisfaction. Straight-forward installation is possible with the extended aluminum mounting wings and ring brackets. The ring bracket provides the installer 360 degrees of posting for versatility. The perforated anti-rust aluminum wings can be trimmed to the desired length and securely fasted with staples nails and screw right into the ceiling hoist providing a reliable setup within a matter of minutes.
