This plastic film reel measures 9 inches in diameter and comes with a 15-foot filmstrip made of plastic. The reel Consists of black plastic and can't be used as a cake stand. It comes with smaller outside holes that have a diameter of 1.25 inches. The frames in the plastic reel measure 1.875" L x 2.375" W. You can write on the film strip using a permanent marker, but you need to be very careful not to smudge it. The plastic is very flimsy, so you should handle it with care. This product generally receives negative reviews. Some customers were disappointed with the quality of the plastic material, which was too flimsy and looked cheap. Others complained about the product package, which didn't protect the plastic from damage during transit. However, a few customers were happy with the final product when they used it for decoration purposes.
