Semiconductors Editorial Review

Semiconductor Devices: Physics and Technology is a detailed textbook published by Wiley that dives deep into semiconductor theory and application, making it suitable yet challenging for students in electrical engineering. While many users find the explanations thorough, others criticize the book for its disorganized content and errors in equations. Specifically, the layout causes confusion as it lacks chapter numbers and presents constants within large paragraphs, making quick reference difficult. Moreover, certain crucial terms are introduced without adequate definition, creating further complexity for learners. Despite these drawbacks, some readers appreciate its clarity in presentation, making complex subjects more understandable.
