Answer: The center studs of the 300A bus bar are M10x30 studs, and the outer two sutds are about 1mm taller than center studs. -

Answer: Yes, this bus bar plate is made of copper, the M10 stunds terminals are made of stainless steel, and the base of this bus bar is made of nylon. -

Is This Good for 300ah battery with 3000 inverter ?
Answer: The 300A-M10 battery distribution block can handle max 300A continuous amperage at Max 300V AC or 48V DC voltage. The termiinals for each battery terminal block are 6 x M10 (3/8")terminal studs. If the above information meet your request, then it will be good for your application. -

Are the bolt/nut threads m10x1.0 or m10x1.25 or m10x1.5 ?
Answer: The thread pitch of the M10 stud terminal of the 300A bus bar is 1.5mm, and the available length of the center terminals is about 30mm, as for outer terminals it is about 29mm.
