Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy is a great energy booster that stays with you for hours and is better than caffeine or energy drinks. The Mix comes with no clumps, and the blue raspberry flavor is said to be delicious. The product provides all the necessary amino acids to help with recovery after exercise. The Fruit Fusion flavor received mixed reviews, some loved its taste while for others, it was too artificial. While the product was effective, some customers took issue with the packaging, with some containers arriving not full.
