Can not get product to flow. Should I heat?
Answer: My application of the product was also difficult to get the material to come out thru the applicator tip. I improved it a little by turning the bottle upside down with the top on for about 20 minutes to allow it to soak into the tip. This helped a little in application of more product to the grout. -
