    Answer: The pen uses Parker QUINKflow Ballpoint Pen Fine Tip Refill exclusively.

    Answer: They broke the drivers side window in the product demo video on the product page. Looked like little effort.
  • Question: The clip on the pen become very loose. Both screws on the clip just spin and do not tighten. And ideas?

    Answer: Same thing happened to me, resulting in the clip falling off. I keep that one in a pen holder in my desk and ordered another one to keep in my portfolio
  • Question: Primarily the “switch button”, is it normal for it to be reeeeally difficult to press? My thumb is bruising.

    Answer: I switched the spring with another pen.

    Answer: This pen is super sturdy and well made, I wouldn't worry about that at all! I wear mine clipped to my ID lanyard all day everyday. I've hit it on everything and had no problems at all and this thing actually writes as good as it looks to. Probably the best pen I've ever owned and I've bought some pretty nice pens over the years, buy it you won't regret it!!!
  • Question: Is there a .3mm refill that would work with this pen that anyone has found? I'm used to fine point being .3 and medium being .5

    Answer: Yes, absolutely, you can switch to a rollerball tip
  • Question: I bought some parker quink flow fine tip refills. These are not working. They appear to be slightly larger. Does anyone know which refills to buy?
