I use so little of the product that I suspect it will last me quit a while. It looks like mascara. It's in the same exact tube with the same wand. It's been very effective for me. -

Answer: When the product dries it will not smug, but it is not water or sweat proof. It will run down your face, just as mascara or makeup will. -
