Answer: Our model 2385 would need a space of 22" square to fit. It has a maximum of 22" at its greatest distance, leaving 1" clearance in a 24" square space. -

How many CDs will it hold?
Answer: It can accommodate at least 500 CDs. -

The shelf support pieces will not fit in the back left portion of the shelves. Any idea why/how to fix it?
Answer: The plastic shelf supports fit very tight into the holes. You can use needle-nose pliers and a very small tack hammer to gently tap them in. -
Question:
How many DVDs will it hold?
Answer: It should hold up to 288 DVDs (12 per shelf, 6 shelves per side, and 4 sides). -

Is white glove or assembly sold with this product?
Answer: Assembly is required but it is easy to do. White glove service is not included. -

Answer: It is 55 1/2" high and 16" x 16". -

Is the fiberglass swivel plate better than metal? Can a metal swivel plate be ordered for this unit?
Answer: A heavy duty metal swivel base is recommended for fully loaded cases, but the original fiberglass base will work. A metal swivel plate cannot be ordered for this unit. -

Answer: There was an assembly instruction manual included. -

How large is this diagonally across from point to point? How much clearance space does it need around it to actually spin?
Answer: It works fine with a 25" diagonal clearance space.
