While the product itself is great, the packaging leaves something to be desired. The product was shipped in a clear plastic bag in a poly mailer that cut a hole in the bag and mailer, resulting in one of the items falling out. The scoring tool is very sharp and could use better packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during shipping.
