Answer: The blade is made of 8Cr14MoV stainless steel with a Razor-Sharp edge and a brushed finish. -

Is the knife durable?
Answer: Yes, the knife is made of stainless steel and its frame lock utilizes a thick lock bar to secure the blade, making it highly durable. -

Is the thumb stud removable?
Answer: Absolutely, if you're willing to do whatever it takes to remove it permanently. It won't just screw off like some studs. I recommend leaving it on, otherwise it would be difficult to open the knife. Most of the blade is covered by the handle when closed. -

What kind of screws do they use on the frame / pocket clip... T6? T8?
Answer: T6 -

Is there a nice belt loop sheath that'll work?
Answer: Comes with clip on side so no sheath. You can easily remove clip and find another sheath for it though. -

Does the color option 'gray' refer to the gray blade and black G10 handle or the stainless handle?
Answer: Blade color. Handle is always black. -
Question:
How long and how wide is the handle?
Answer: 3 1/2 inch (9cm) long, ~1 inch (3cm) wide as the top of handle and ~3/4 inch (2cm) toward the bottom of handle, ~< 1/2 inch (1cm) thick. Measured with a ruler and not specific manufacturer specs, still should be accurate enough for most purposes.
