Customers have found the installation process easy, however, it does not come with mounting bolts and buyers will have to drill holes in their trailer. The rack has been reported to cause wear and tear on trimmer shafts due to vibrations while driving. The locks have also been reported to be difficult to use and must be left locked with the key.
