The letters are a little over 16 inches in size with a hole on top to string them together. There is also a roll of string included in the package. The balloons don't come inflated with helium. Customers must either buy helium or take them somewhere else to inflate. Overall, the customers had a positive experience with the product. Some customers loved the product because its size was perfect for what they wanted, easy to inflate, and looked great. Meanwhile, others were not happy with the product's quality. Some customers received balloons with holes in them, or the white ribbon, red round balloons and white round balloons were missing. Some customers have noted that the gold "I Love You" letters were missing in their package.
