Gotoh Battery Storage Containers P-ECB-9V2 Editorial Review
The Gotoh dual 9 Volt battery box has two separate compartments with red and black wires for connections. It allows for series, parallel or separate connections of two 9V batteries. It does not come with an on/off switch, but it can easily be hardwired into your guitar circuit. The box has contacts, not the typical snap-on style connector. The instructions and dimensions of the box are available in the link provided. The box is reported to be of nice quality but may be difficult to open without a screwdriver. It may be challenging to install, as it is large and requires removing a lot of wood. However, the individual compartments are wired separately, making it easy to install active pickups with 18V series operation.
