The peeler only has one blade and it can only peel thin layers or the hard and soft cheeses will bind. It is dishwasher safe and a small Philips head screwdriver is required to replace the blade. Customers report that it works well for making orange and lemon twists for cocktails and peeling vegetables like potatoes. However, one customer was disappointed as the peeler fell apart with their first cut due to a missing screw and had no response from the manufacturer. Another reviewer pointed out that the manufacturing specifications have gone down and the handle transitions feel sharp and unpolished.
