The WB03K10303 Cooktop Control Knob is a great replacement option for GE gas ranges. Made of solid metal, these knobs feel very sturdy and durable compared to the original plastic knobs. The polished stainless finish gives them a sleek look, although slightly different from the brushed finish of the original knobs. However, there are a few issues with these knobs. The plastic back plate is mounted in reverse for some ranges, causing the knobs to point upside down. Fortunately, this can be easily fixed by reversing the plate. The knobs also stick out about 1/4" further from the face of the stove, which required drilling out the plastic on the back plate to fix. Additionally, the knobs tend to slip as they are turned, as the metal insert in the back plate does not fit tightly enough to prevent the knob from rotating around the control. Overall, while there are some Cons to Consider, the WB03K10303 Cooktop Control Knobs are still a good alternative to the OEM knobs, especially Considering the affordable price.
