Answer: It contains 5gr of sugar and 60 calories... exactly the same as the packets. You can use your Kuerig with the packets, just empty a packet into the cup, turn on the Kuerig at your desired size cup and voila, the SAME hot chocolate for a fraction of the cost of Kcup. -

Is Swiss Miss ok with all Kurig machines?
Answer: It looked good on paper, and I was SO looking forward to it, but both times I used one of the k-cups it clogged up the machine. Since it tastes good, I now cut open the k-cup, empty the contents into the cup, and run the hot water cycle into the cup. Tastes great. Powdered milk, I guess, is used. -

How much water for it?
Answer: We use the 10oz but if you like it really chocolaty do 8oz. -

How is it sweetened?
Answer: It is sweetened with sugar. My wife is diabetic and only drinks it occasionally. -
Question:
Does it say anywhere on the packaging that it is caffeine free?
Answer: No, it says it's Gluten free but other than that nothing. But it doesn't list caffeine as a content either. I would check out swissmiss.com. -
Question:
Are the Swiss Miss k cup hot chocolate caffeine free?
Answer: This particular selection I don't believe is caffeine free but if you search through all of the selections you might find one that is.
