The Granitestone Blue Nonstick 14” Frying Pan with Lid offers a generous size with a mineral and diamond triple-coated surface, which is ultra-durable and 100% free of PFOA. It is suitable for use in the oven and the dishwasher. While some Consumers have had issues with their pans warping, this pan has held up after being exposed to high heat. It is easy to clean and does not scratch easily, even when metal utensils are used. Unfortunately, the design of the pan is flawed, and the convex bottom creates a 5" hot zone in the center that does not allow for even cooking. The lid does not fit snugly and gets too hot to handle. The pan is not recommended for use on an induction stove, and the fact that it is made in China may be a concern for some.
