- Made of heavy-duty stainless steel, the BroilKing POV-003 Compact Quarter Size Convection Oven provides an array of useful features making it ideal for any commercial or residential kitchen. The roomy interior measures 11-1/4 by 14-1/8 by 9 inches for 0.83 cubic feet of cooking space and provides three shelves with 2-1/2 inches between each shelf. Easily slide in up to three quarter-size commercial sheet pans or a quarter-size commercial steam-table pan. In addition, the convection oven's two user-friendly control knobs make it simple to set the heat from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and to set the timer for up to 60 minutes or to continuous on. This countertop oven also provides insulated double-wall construction, an advanced airflow design with a patented baffle, a high-temperature ball-bearing motor, and a heavy-duty squirrel-cage fan for faster air circulation. Other features included in this appliance are a cool-touch safety door with a double thermal-glass window, a three-prong commercial cord set, and a quick-clean design. One quarter-size 9-1/2-by-13-inch aluminum-alloy commercial sheet pan comes included. With the space-saving yet high-powered design, the BroilKing POV-003 Compact Quarter Size Convection Oven is the perfect addition to your home or business.
