This squat rack is a great value for the price, with a sturdy build and tough finish. It comes with plate and bar storage and a multi-grip pull up bar. It is easy to assemble, though instructions could be better. Some customers had issues with missing parts, but customer service was responsive. The rack can be freestanding, with leveling feet to ensure stability. It could hold over 455lbs with no problem. The j-cups are short in the back and spotter arms are also short. Some customers also think it would be nicer if it had 4 plate storage pegs instead of 3. Overall, it is a well-built and good value rack for a home gym.
