What size needle would I need?
Answer: I use a standard yarn needle to work this thread through the interior yarn stitches, so that it flows freely without distracting from the cuff. For best results do not 'pull' the thread but rather let it lie UN-stretched as you incorporate it. -

Can you use this to crochet?
Answer: You could. A pretty small crochet hook though. It is elastic, and while I have never crocheted with it, I don't see why you couldn't. You must have a very interesting project in mind. -

Answer: It is elastic thread, suitable for gathering. -

Can I make socks with this thread?
Answer: Depends on what type of socks. This is elastic thread I bought for repairing and sewing seams in yoga pants and workout clothes. -

Will I be able to use this thread with a needle for 8/0 or 2mm seed beads?
Answer: No, it is too thick. -

Does this thread fit regular sewing machines?
Answer: It MAY fit, but threading the sewing machine needle could be a hassle. However, I do not think it was intended for a sewing machine. I think it will have problems with the tension part of the machine and the stretch. It is more of a thin elastic than thread. All that said, I have not tried it on a machine. So... best I can say is 'maybe' but doubtful. Hopefully someone had tried that. -

Answer: It’s very thin elastic string.
