DIGITNOW 4K Video Capture Card is a device that is perfect for live streaming, broadcasting, video conference, teaching, and gaming. According to some of the reviews, the device works perfectly and requires no external power in a plug-and-play fashion. However, others have had issues with audio and the device requiring 5-volt power, which is not supplied nor mentioned in the ad that they had to supply their own. There have also been complaints about poor customer service and the device overheating. On the plus side, the device can copy several recorded movies from a cable box to a PC, with no problems, and records in .MKV format, which is easily converted to .mp4 if disk space is an issue. Overall, the DIGITNOW 4K Video Capture Card is a mixed bag of reviews. While some customers have had a positive experience using it, others have had issues with it. It is a device that can be useful for recording, streaming and capturing video, but some improvements are needed to make it more reliable.
