It works fine with home oxygen at 3 liters/minute, and it is convenient and very reasonably priced. However, some users found it uncomfortable, too hot, and smaller than advertised with a sticky material that creeps beneath their eyes. It is also not compatible with some nebulizer products, and the tubing that comes with the mask is smaller than others. It does not work well with either a steady flow or pulse system. Additionally, it cannot be used with a cpap. It also does not come in extra large size, and users complained that it felt too tight, certainly not extra large.
