Skyjacker Drag Links SDL250 Editorial Review
**** The Skyjacker SDL250 Off Set and Adjustable Drag Link has garnered mixed feedback from customers who have installed it on various vehicles, particularly the 1978 Ford F250 after a 4-inch lift. Users have praised the product for its robust Construction and ease of installation, highlighting that it fits well with the lifted configuration of their trucks. One customer noted that the instructions provided are crucial for achieving proper alignment, suggesting that a careful approach is necessary during installation. Once properly tightened, the drag link holds up well, even after extensive usage, indicating durability and reliability for those who have made modifications like larger tires and front lockers. The greasable feature also adds to its appeal for long-term maintenance. However, not all feedback has been positive. One reviewer encountered an issue with binding during suspension travel, particularly when using it with a high pinion Dana 44 setup. This led them to ultimately rely on both the drag link and the steering arm lift block to achieve the desired functionality. This suggests that while the product performs well under certain conditions, it may not be universally compatible with all lift setups, particularly specific Ford models. Overall, the Skyjacker SDL250 seems to be a well-made component that can enhance steering performance if installed correctly, but users should be prepared for potential compatibility issues and might need additional parts for optimal performance. **Pros and Cons:** **
