The Opinel No.8 can be described as a light, good quality knife with a sharp blade and effective locking mechanism. The handle is made of beechwood, although it also comes in exotic woods like olive or padouk. The blade is made of sandvik 12C27 stainless steel and is highly polished, with INOX stamped on it. The blade has a length of around 3.3 inches and a thickness of about 0.07 inches. It is a light duty knife that can be useful for everyday purposes. In terms of the customer feedback, many users have praised this product for its good quality material and outstanding design. They also appreciated the light weight and well-balanced feel of the knife. The barrel shape of the handle also makes for a good grasp.
