    Answer: Yes, as long as each pet has a receiver collar that is compatible with the transmitter.
  • Question: Is the transmitter easy to set up?

    Answer: Yes, it's designed for easy installation and use.
  • Question: Can the transmitter work in harsh weather conditions?

    Answer: Yes, it is waterproof and suitable for outdoor use.
  • Question: Why is the addon puck more expensive than the kit with the puck AND a collar??

    Answer: This kit comes with two pucks. Worth noting that the mini puck has a max radius of about 3’, while the full size puck easily has a radius of 8’ or more. This one does let you fine tune the area covered more carefully.
  • Question: Is the delivery timely?

    Answer: Yes, the delivery is timely.
  • Question: Can you turn off the sound on the collar? Only using the vibration?

    Answer: The collar I have doesn't have those options. Only sound & zap. They work together.
  • Question: Can i use the base unit and two minis with one collar?

    Answer: Yes you can. We have the base unit and a mini unit in 2 different spots in the house and they both work with the collar.
  • Question: Is this compatible with your bark collar?

    Answer: Not sure but think they are separate.
  • Question: What are the dimensions of a petsafe mini transmitter?

    Answer: The dimensions are 4in across.
  • Question: I want to keep my cat out of my kitchen and bedroom. I need a kit with 2 transmitters so I can keep the cat away in 2 areas. Any suggestions?

    Answer: I would just buy 2 of the original Pawz Away pet barriers. They come with the larger barriers. I feel like they work better than the small ones. Then you’ll have an extra collar in case the other breaks.
  • Question: Are they compatible with Invisable fence brand?

    Answer: They are not compatible with invisible fence. You will need another collar. I do recommend the mini pet barrier if you have a garden or an area inside your invisible fence area that you want your pet to stay out of. I put the two collars on until they learn not to go in the areas you want them to stay out of. They learn pretty fast.
  • Question: Does the mini add-a-barrier unit work with the petsafe cats collar?

    Answer: Sorry I don’t know the answer. We bought this BUT we just trained our cat’s behavior by consistent 'NO' and rewards. She is allowed on the sofa, the family, and living room. 'No' on the kitchen counter, table, and bedrooms. She knows now where is allowed and the 'NO' places.
