Answer: Yes, this is a .6a (amp). They replaced my Hitachi and Ryobi flashlight bulbs.

Despite claims that they are compatible with the Ryobi P-780 Lantern, it seems they do not last very long in this model. However, some customers have had success in using them for older D battery flashlights and the Ryobi P704 flashlight. The bulbs are not LED, but are the factory replacement for 18V flashlights.
